SAIL AWAY CEREMONY OF EPCC ANJUNG SUBSTRUCTURE

Brooke Dockyard and Petronas were honoured to have The Honourable Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr James Jemut Masing, Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak to grace the Sail Away Ceremony of Anjung Substructure Project for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd. in Demak Yard, Jalan Bako.

The EPCC Anjung contract was awarded to Brooke Dockyard and Engineering Works Corporation by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd on 24 April 2017. The scope of works covers details engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC).

The EPCC Anjung Gas Development project located offshore within the Central Luconia Province, approximately 180km North West of Bintulu, Sarawak (part of Kumang Cluster PSC).

Brooke Dockyard achieved two major milestone which are successful completed ahead from onshore mechanical completion date for piles, conductors and substructure of Anjung project respectively and being the First Substructure build in new Demak Laut Industrial area yard after 13 years from the last PCSB project in 2005.

Brooke Dockyard managed to sustain their HSE excellence records, for this project has clocked 253,913 manhours and achieved 13.72 million accumulative manhours without Lost Time incident (LTI) for the past 12 years. This project was delivered more efficiently and exceeded all expectations in terms of time, safety, and quality.

Brooke Dockyard and Petronas Carigali have a long working relationship going way back to 1997. Malong A Jacket and Topsides was the first project awarded by Petronas Carigali to Brooke Dockyard which was also the first oil and gas project undertaken by Brooke Dockyard. The second project was Angsi B Topsides awarded in 2001 and the third project was BAKP-B Baram Development awarded in 2005.
